Пути снижения эмиссии от угольной энергетики Индии

Статья подготовлена по материалам отчёта Центра чистых угольных технологий при Международном энергетическом агентстве IEA CLEAN COAL CENTRE "A PATHWAY TO REDUCING EMISSIONS FROM COAL POWER IN INDIA" (D. Adams - Project Lead, T. Lockwood, P. Baruya, M. Wiatros-Motyka, Q. Zhu), опубликованного на сайте агентства в январе 2021 г. Центр чистого угля МЭА основан в 1975 г. взаимодействует в соответствии с имеющимися договорами с Австралией, Китаем, Европейской комиссией, Индией, Италией, Японией, Польшей, Россией, Южной Африкой и США и получает от них спонсорскую поддержку. Отчёт выполнен в рамках программы технологического сотрудничества и основан на обзоре и анализе опубликованной литературы, а также информации, собранной в ходе обсуждений с заинтересованными организациями и частными лицами. В статье опущен ряд экономических вопросов, характерных для Индии, основное внимание уделено состоянию дел в угольной энергетике, методам снижения вредных выбросов и планам их внедрения. Опыт Индии в области повышения экологической чистоты угольных ТЭС может быть использован и в России.
